Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted all rules.

1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mc19 platform and all services under it ("Services"). By accessing the mc19 website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any term, please do not use the platform. mc19 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To register with mc19 and use its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. mc19 may request valid identification at any time to verify age.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and any funds held may be forfeited.

- Active email address (if applicable)
- Correct date of birth
3. Account Management
3.1 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. mc19 will not be held responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.
If you suspect your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
mc19 reserves the right to verify customer identity to ensure safe and transparent transactions. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of payment method
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
Failure to provide the required documents may result in suspension of withdrawals or account access.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
Transactions below the specified minimum will not be processed. The same policy applies to withdrawals.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if identity verification is in progress or if unusual activity is suspected.
4.4 Payment Method Ownership
All payment methods used on the account must be registered in the account holder's own name. Use of third-party payment methods will result in the transaction being cancelled.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% match bonus is available on your first deposit at mc19, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add an extra ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 Bonus Terms of Use
- Each customer will receive the welcome bonus once only.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Any attempt to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
- Terms for VIP cashback and other promotions will be announced separately.
- mc19 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Before placing a bet on mc19, please read the specific rules for each game and betting market carefully. Each game has its own applicable rules and outcomes are determined by the game software.
6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets are available for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Decisions regarding markets and odds are entirely at mc19's discretion. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet for that event will be refunded.
6.3 Casino Games
Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which makes every outcome completely random and impartial. Game results cannot be predetermined or altered.
6.4 System Errors
mc19 reserves the right to void or correct any bet where an abnormal result occurs due to a technical fault, software bug, or communication disruption.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the platform
- Use of third-party payment methods
- Sharing or selling account credentials with others
- Attempting to predetermine the outcome of any game
- Misconduct or threatening behavior toward mc19 staff
8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
mc19 accepts no liability for the following:
- Any loss caused by internet connection failure
- Loss caused by issues with the user's own device
- Delays caused by faults with third-party software or payment providers
- Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives
- The outcome of a customer's bets or any resulting losses
In any circumstance, mc19's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the customer's most recent deposit.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the mc19 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is protected under mc19's intellectual property rights. Reuse, copying, distribution, or modification of this content without prior written permission from mc19 is strictly prohibited.
Game software remains under the intellectual property of various providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft, and the respective terms and conditions of those providers apply.
11. Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Closure by mc19
mc19 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these Terms
- Fraud or suspicious activity
- Provision of false information
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Prohibited activities (as per Section 7)
11.2 Closure by Customer
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. If outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been met before account closure, the bonus will be cancelled. However, any legitimate deposited funds will remain available for withdrawal.
12. Changes & Updates
mc19 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, please contact the mc19 support team first. Our team will try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter can be escalated to the mc19 management authority.
For any legal dispute, the decision of mc19's management authority will be considered final. All parties are expected to maintain goodwill and a cooperative attitude during the dispute resolution process.
